Order Processing 

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Australian Domestic Shipping 

We ship to all states and territories across Australia. Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days from dispatch. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

International Shipping 

We ship internationally via CJ Logistics. International orders typically arrive within 10–20 business days from dispatch, depending on your location and local customs processing times. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Customs & Duties 

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

Order Tracking 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Lost or Delayed Orders
